Visitors who fly to Florida to reach Singer Island can land at either Palm Beach International Airport, which is 13 miles away, or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, which is 60 miles away.
Anyone wanting to combine a cruise vacation and land vacation could visit Singer Island from two of the major Florida cruise ports at Fort Lauderdale or Port Canaveral.
Although the Palm Beach airport seems like a logical choice, ticket prices may be more expensive for that airport versus Fort Lauderdale.
Either way, a rental car will be necessary to reach the island and drive around to nearby dining, shopping and entertainment.
Anyone who drives there will find it conveniently located within a few miles of I-95.
It’s safe to say that driving to Singer Island is much easier than driving around the beautiful but rugged Irish countryside.
